There are several ministries within DPSM. The major ministries are:

Mighty Men of Integrity:

The mission of the Men’s Ministry is to provide spiritually based information that inspires the mind, encourages the heart, and broadens the spirit to change and enhance the lives of men, husbands, and fathers to pursue the things of GOD. Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Ephesians 4:13

Women of Purpose:

The fellowships of this ministry includes powerful sermons of wisdom from Pastor Dorothy, an annual woman’s conference, theatrical excursions, and much more. Women of Purpose (WOP) are WOMEN praying with a purpose to change the world and are given GOD’s instructions on being the virtuous women that GOD has called all women to be. Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. Proverbs 31:10

Children & Youth:

This ministry’s mission is to train every child to use God’s word as foundational truth and to use it as their guide and conscience in everything. We believe in inspiring children to greatness by pursuing excellence in our programs which includes our memorable 4th Sunday performances. This is the ministry for the Children/Youth to find the Lord and establish a foundation for life! Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6

Marriage:

God intends for the marriage covenant to mirror Christ’s relationship with His church. This ministry’s mission is to build closer relationships with the body of Christ by learning biblical truths from God’s Word to enhance a family’s spiritual growth. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. Ephesians 5:31

C.H.O.I.C.E Singles:

This ministry is about developing healthy Christian relationships with others while exploring and discovering God’s purpose for your lives. The Singles ministry includes a time to praise and worship, fellowship, and have fun. The Singles are given the opportunity to share the love and message of Jesus Christ.

Praise & Worship:

This ministry consists of singers and musicians who are willing to faithfully submit their gifts to usher in the presence of God. And these are they whom David set over the service of song in the house of the LORD, after that the ark had rest. 1 Chronicles 6:31

Outreach:

This ministry reaches out to our immediate local community as well as worldwide for people that are in need. This ministry provides clothes for the homeless, assistance for families that are in need, comfort for the lonely, and so much more. DPSM is there to sow a seed and provide the need to those that are less fortunate. Annually we provide clothing for the homeless, give Thanksgiving dinners to families, and Adopt-a-Family during Christmas to show the love of GOD to our community.
